Day 1 – Alba

  • Transfer from Milan to Alba
  • Relax and enjoy a spa treatment and take some time to explore the city of Alba on your own
  • Overnight in Alba

Day 2 – Alba

  • Truffle hunt in the woods near Alba for white truffles with your expert guide. Your guide will take you through a guided analysis to characteristics, sight and smell
  • This afternoon you will enjoy a cooking lesson with an English-speaking chef. Learn to make new and traditional culinary Piemontese dishes and then dine on your efforts paired with local wines
  • Overnight in Alba

Day 3 – Barbaresco

  • Discover the village of Barbaresco and then visit a top winery in one of the three villages that are allowed to produce this wine.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant in Barbaresco
  • This afternoon, visit the most famous white truffle festival in the world in Alba
  • Dinner with White Truffle menu at an Alba restaurant
  • Overnight in Alba

Day 4 – Barolo

  • Visit a premium producer in Barolo and understand the difference of both modernist and traditionalist techniques
  • Enjoy 3 winery visits and tastings at wineries that are located in the Barolo villages with some of the most famous being La Morra, Monforte, Barolo, Serralunga and Castiglione Falletto.
  • Learn about the differences that the villages, vineyard position and soil have on these amazing wines.
  • Scenic sightseeing as you make your way through the region
  • Dinner in Bra at the original slow food restaurant, Osteria del Boccondivino
  • Overnight near Alba

Day 5 – Depart

  • Transfer to Milan airport
